Eclipsd does not live in a cute high-tech cottage in the middle of the woods with her husband and 5 large dogs.
She began writing in middle school but didn’t find her voice until college. As a black woman with 4C hair whose favorite genres primarily featured white brunettes who hated how dull their hair was, she figured it wouldn’t hurt to pick up a pen. Now she writes fantasy novels that feature black women, with hair like hers, having adventures she would probably run away from. Maybe one day she’ll be able to do that in a cute high-tech cottage in the middle of the woods with a husband and 5 large dogs.
And probably a cat that walked in one day and will never leave.
