Leane Winger is an author, poet, and playwright who always dreamed about going on an epic quest—as long as there would be plenty of snacks. She is the author of the mountaineering adventure novel, The Door, and The Reawakening Trilogy—the first of many stories to be set in Raphtova, a world co-created with her sword-wielding husband Jesse. Leane takes inspiration from her love of fantasy and nature and lives in Mackenzie, BC with her growing crew of littles who keep pestering their mom for “the next chapter of the story”.
